Are there any per-order fees?
No. The monthly fee is the only fee menup takes. Your payment processor (card or PayPal) will have their own per-transaction fee — that's between you and them.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There's no contract. Cancel and your dashboard downgrades to the Free tier the next month — your menu and tables stay live.
Do you handle the payment processing?
No. menup hands the checkout off to your own Stripe or PayPal account, so the money lands in your bank, not ours. We never hold funds.
What about taxes and receipts?
You configure tax rates per restaurant. Receipts are emailed to the customer automatically and stored under your account.
Can I import an existing menu?
Yes. CSV import for items and bulk-create for categories. Or we'll do the first import for you if you're a working restaurant on the paid tier.
